Activities - Services

•   Electoral Registrations; Providing assistance in Electoral Registrations and see that every        owner/resident of Ramamurthy Nagar having a Electors Photo Identity Card (EPIC) VOTER Card.
• Street Boards/Colony Map  The Ramamurthy Nagar Association put street boards and colony map boards on every street, indicating the street name and door number and decided to maintain them every year, so that every Residents`s address can be identified easily

•  Health/sanitation (a) Garbage Collection collection of garbage from every house by putting a health worker in a closed bio degradeble covers with  three wheel riksha (b) DustBins provided dust bins, wherever necessary, involving the local Sanitary Inspector and seeing that the garbage should not be placed on the roads/drains/open spaces (c) Fogging;   fogging weekly twice with specified government permitted chemicals for control mosquito's in  ramamurthynagar area.(d)Birth and Death Registrations; the associations is assisting in getting the Birth & Death Certificates (e) Clean and Green ; It is decided to monitor the roads sweeping and see that the locality is Clean and to protect the existing trees and raise the new plantation at the road sides,public  places and see that locality is green.
• Street Lighting and Electrical services; (a) numbering to electrical transformers,poles; Involving the APSPDCL officials  necessary in the maintenance of street lighting and electrical services, there are nearly 110 poles, 90 street lights and 10 general distribution transformers and 10 `on&off`` switches for the street lighting in the Ramamurthynagar. 

• Sewerage;The Ramamurthynagar is fully covered by underground drainagae system. The drainagea flow diagram is prepared it is decided to do necessary follow up with the UGD engineer and staff for good maintenance.
• Every house in ramamurthy nagar  fixed a beautiful door number plate for easily locate the house.
• Ladies wing and Youth services to create and develop cooperation and mutual friendship among the ramamurthynagar  ladies and youth and  to provide guidance for their career development and speedy settling in life.
• General Body Meeting; to create and develop cordial/mutial friendly relations among the members general body meeting once i a month every second Sunday are organized and meeting at the member`s residence are invited Annual functions will be held on 25th of January NATIONAL VOTERS DAY  every year.
